You have to try a Cuban cigar
Cuban cigars come from the exotic country of Cuba. Surrounded by the most perfect conditions known to man to grow tobacco, Cuba has a cigar tradition that goes back almost six hundred years. Cuban tobacco was probably discover much earlier by the natives but it was uncovered by European explorers some six hundred years ago. Cuban’s have perfected the art of rolling a cigar and if you haven’t tried a Cuban cigar yet, their is no time like the present.
It was the early Spanish explorer’s who brought samples of Cuban tobacco rolled in a pipe the natives called ‘Tobacco’. When the early explorers gave it to the royal monarchs and people of related status, they were highly impressed. To say that they were impressed would be an understatement. Word spread and soon from Spain the Cuban cigars were being passed around to other royal monarchs and politicians. People in the upper class of society embraced Cuban cigars with open arms.
However, only a selected few have had the pleasure of enjoying it. Cuban cigars now come in different shapes and sizes such as the ‘torpedo’ and the ever so popular and loved the ‘Corona’. In fact, my personal favorite is size is the Robusto. I feel like it’s just perfect because it usually takes about fifty minutes to smoke it and the construction of my personal favorite, the Cohiba Robusto is phenomenal.
